I had to hop into the online queue to order my graduation gown and I was kind of expecting to be stuck there for ages, honestly. But it actually moved along quickly, and the wait time it showed was mostly accurate, maybe off by like a minute or so.
Once I got through, the site was fine. Nothing weird, no fuss, just let me get what I needed sorted. So yeah, happy with it overall, all things considered

"Graduation photos felt a bit off"
I was disappointed with how my graduation photos turned out. The whole posing part felt rushed, and when I got the pictures back, a few were either too dark or not as sharp as I hoped.
The staff were fine, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was terrible, but something just feels off about the final photos. For the price, and for a once-in-a-lifetime moment, I expected them to feel a lot more special...

"Sizing was spot on"
Ordered my robe from Ede & Ravenscroft i was a bit unsure about the sizing at first. I’m not the most patient when it comes to faffing around with returns or adjustments, so I just put in my height and chest size and hoped for the best. Luckily, it turned up fitting pretty much perfectly. It wasn’t too long, the sleeves sat right, and it didn’t feel overly baggy like I thought it might. Really easy to wear on the day, with no messing about needed. Happy with it.

"Really smart gown and hood"
I ordered my gown and hood and, i was mostly just hoping they’d look decent on the day. I don’t tend to pay attention to every tiny detail, but I did notice the fabric felt heavier and better quality than I expected. Both pieces looked really smart once I had them on. No complaints from me.

"Clunky site, but I got there eventually"
I tried ordering from edeandravenscroft the site felt clunky. Some pages were taking ages to load, and the filters didn’t really help much — like, I was trying to narrow things down, but then I still had to keep digging around. Finding the size info took way longer than it should’ve too. Checkout did work in the end, so that’s something, but the whole thing just wasn’t a very smooth experience.

I booked my gown fitting online i kind of regret not doing it earlier. The appointment started right on time, the staff were really friendly, and the whole thing was quick and easy with no fuss at all. Such a smooth experience.

I ordered from Ede & Ravenscroft and, based on how these things usually go, I was expecting I might have to chase the delivery at some point. But it actually turned out smoothly. They sent the tracking info, and the parcel arrived on the day they said it would. The packaging was decent too, and nothing was damaged. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because the updates were a bit slow at the beginning, which made me assume there might be a delay. In the end though, it arrived on time and the whole process was easy enough...

The store itself was alright once I finally got there. Totally fine, really. It’s just not the most convenient location for me, there’s a bit of a walk from the station, and the parking situation felt a little awkward. Not a big deal, of course, just not exactly effortless either.

There was one time where it took a little longer than I was hoping, and I remember thinking, okay, what’s going on here? I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had to send it back, but the whole return process was much easier than I expected. The instructions were clear, I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone, and the refund came through a few days after they received the item. My instinct was that it would be straightforward, and thankfully it was. Painless overall, and I’d be happy to buy from Ede & Ravenscroft again

I’m usually cautious about letting anyone alter a suit because once fabric is cut, there’s not much you can do. But they talked me through everything clearly, didn’t pressure me, and made the whole process easy. When I got it back, the fit was much better than before, and it was actually finished a bit sooner than I expected. Really happy with how it turned out and I’d feel comfortable using them again for tailoring
